At Listonic, we create apps that help people on a daily basis. Long story short: we’ve been around since 2009 and throughout the years we’ve become known for the top-rated shopping list app in over 40 countries. Right now, we are also developing several other global mobile projects.

Shopping List – Listonic is a free app that improves the quality of your grocery shopping. It lets users share lists in real-time, add product details, see items sorted by aisles and much more. Download on Google Play.

Drink Water! helps you stay hydrated. It calculates you daily water needs and tracks your intake. Plus, it helps develop healthy habits via drinking alarms and many other useful features. Download on Google Play.

 

    • Sales & Deals

Sales & Deals lets you browse thousands of discount flyers, weekly grocery ads and catalogs from all the favorite stores and supermarkets. It’s available only in France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, US, Poland, Sweden, Spain. Download on Google Play.

 

    • Pregnancy Tracker

Pregnancy Tracker was made to help future moms and provide them with all the information they need to stay safe and informed. Future moms can track baby development and get many useful tips. Also, it offers some helpful tools (contraction timer, weight/sleep tracking, blood pressure charts) and checklists (shopping lists for a newborn, birth plan, hospital bag checklist and more). It’s available in Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish. Download on Google Play.

#2 Voice & Tone

      • Be specific. Avoid vague language. Cut the fluff.
      • Be consistent. Use consistent wording across the whole app. Follow the capitalization of the source string (if your language doesn’t have specific rules like noun capitalization in German).
      • Be concise. Use short words and sentences. Keep the leght of the translation similar to the English version.
      • Be informal. Keep the informal tone.

     

    • Shopping List – Listonic, Sales & Deals, Water Reminder – copy in these apps should sound like a personal assistant: friendly, positive, but clear and straightforward.
    • Pregnancy Tracker – the app should sound like a doula with warm, nice, and empathetic tone. 99% of our users are women so talk to women using the female verb forms etc., if needed.
